This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.salesacademy.ca  (the “Site”). Shane Gibson Inc. also operates a blog/podcast at http://closingbigger.net and an online learning portal at https://EnterpriseSalesAcademy.com. As a results we aggregate visitor and customer data from these sites to better communicate, market and help clients and customers manage their learning experience.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally when you register for a course, attempt to register for a course, make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, (payment types and processing include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal, Square, Stripe, WeChat Pay and Alipay) email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

For those attending our live online courses or taking our self-paced programs we may also collect the following data to improve your learning progress, market and sell relevant additional courses. Data collected includes:

In the event your course is being delivered on behalf of your employer or has been paid for by your employer we may share some of the above information as allowed per the employee privacy policy and guidelines at your company or organization and persuant to what is permitted in your state, province and/or country.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We also use remarketing platforms such as Adroll and Retargetlinks, serving you ads after you visit our site or when you have clicked on a link we have shared on social networks or in one of our newsletters.
